1. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting, creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing protected content, participating in a live session, using an indicator, or otherwise using The Traders Vibe, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase membership, or use the platform.

2. Operator and platform

FX At One Glance operates the platform and services presented under the The Traders Vibename. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to FX At One Glance and The Traders Vibe.

The platform may include public educational material, member courses, live market sessions, recordings, indicators, downloads, resources, scheduled events, account services, billing tools, and connections to third-party communities or technology providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to create an account or purchase membership.

By using the platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.

4. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account.

• Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account or restricted administrative areas.
• Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Never provide your password, authentication code, or complete payment-card information by email.

We may require account verification or additional security steps when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its members, or connected services.

5. Membership plans and access

Available public membership plans may include Monthly, One-Year, and promotional Lifetime access. Plan availability, pricing, included features, and promotional terms are displayed on the Membership page and confirmed during checkout.

Monthly membership

Monthly membership is a recurring subscription that renews until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not create a refund for the current paid billing period, and access continues through that period.

One-Year membership

One-Year membership is a one-time payment for the stated access period and does not automatically renew unless a different arrangement is clearly presented and accepted during checkout.

Lifetime membership

Lifetime membership is offered only during selected promotions. It is subject to these Terms, continued operation of the relevant services, and the account remaining in good standing. Lifetime access is not a promise that every feature, third-party service, or specific item of content will remain unchanged or available forever.

6. Payments, renewals, and cancellation

Payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method selected during checkout according to the plan you purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, billing frequency, and promotional terms before completing checkout.

Monthly membership may be canceled through the Account billing portal when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel a completed billing period.

Purchases are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

7. Educational purpose and no advice

All courses, indicators, live sessions, recordings, commentary, examples, charts, strategies, community discussions, and other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on the platform is individualized financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice. We do not act as your investment adviser, fiduciary, broker, dealer, commodity trading adviser, or account manager.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to trade. Review the complete Risk Disclosure before making any financial decision.

8. No guarantees

We do not guarantee profits, successful trades, funded account approval, payouts, account growth, uninterrupted access, continued availability of a third-party service, or any particular financial or educational result.

Indicators, strategies, market commentary, examples, and educational frameworks may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unsuitable for your circumstances, or affected by changing market conditions.

9. Intellectual property and permitted use

The platform, branding, written material, videos, course structure, graphics, indicators, scripts, source code, downloads, recordings, and other original content are owned by or licensed to FX At One Glance unless otherwise stated.

An eligible user receives a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to use the content for personal educational purposes.

You may not, without written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute protected content.
• Record, rebroadcast, restream, or publicly display protected live sessions or member videos.
• Share invite-only indicators, scripts, Pine IDs, downloads, access links, or credentials.
• Reverse engineer, extract, scrape, or attempt to obtain protected source code or security information.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or access controls.

10. Community and user conduct

You are responsible for messages, images, usernames, files, and other content you submit through chat, community, live-room, or connected services.

You may not use the platform to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, exploit, or abuse another person.
• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, obscene, malicious, or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, spam, deceptive links, or unauthorized advertising.
• Interfere with broadcasts, security, accounts, payments, databases, or platform operation.
• Encourage unlawful activity or misuse protected materials.

We may remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or ban an account when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the platform.

11. Third-party services

The platform may rely on or connect to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, authentication providers, video technology, Discord, and TradingView.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, technical limitations, and availability. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts, outages, policy changes, account decisions, data practices, or discontinued services.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for nonpayment, chargebacks, account sharing, unlawful use, harassment, security threats, infringement, fraud, attempts to bypass access controls, or material violation of these Terms.

Termination for misconduct does not create a right to a refund except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Service changes and availability

We may add, remove, replace, reorganize, or update features, schedules, instructors, indicators, courses, recordings, pricing, service providers, and platform technology.

We do not guarantee that every live session will occur, that every session will be recorded, or that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or maintenance periods.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability to the extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FX At One Glance, The Traders Vibe, and their owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, account restrictions, third-party actions, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FX At One Glance, The Traders Vibe, and their owners, personnel, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires a different result.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, services, or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.

Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
