1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through The Traders Vibe, including public pages, registered accounts, membership services, payments, live sessions, courses, quizzes, videos, replays, indicators, resources, events, community connections, support communications, and administrative tools.

This policy does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites and services.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information

We may collect your name, display name, email address, authentication identifiers, account role, membership plan, membership status, access dates, profile information, and account preferences.

Payment and membership information

Payment providers may send us customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, purchase identifiers, membership plan, payment status, amount, currency, purchase date, renewal status, refund status, and related transaction metadata.

Complete payment-card numbers and card security codes are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by The Traders Vibe.

Platform activity and educational records

We may process course enrollment, lesson progress, quiz attempts, responses, scores, video access, replay access, event participation, live-room permissions, session blocks, and other records needed to provide or secure the platform.

Messages and uploaded content

We may process chat messages, images, files, support emails, community interactions, broadcast highlights, and other content you choose to submit.

Connected-service information

When you connect an outside service, we may receive identifiers, usernames, connection status, membership role information, authorization tokens, or other data required for that integration. Examples may include Discord and future TradingView indicator-access services.

Technical and security information

We and our service providers may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, timestamps, authentication events, error messages, webhook records, security logs, and information stored in essential cookies or browser storage.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain accounts.
• Provide public, free, member, VIP, and administrative access.
• Process payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and membership changes.
• Deliver live sessions, courses, replays, videos, indicators, resources, events, and community features.
• Track course progress, quizzes, attendance, access, and member entitlements.
• Connect and reconcile authorized third-party services.
• Respond to support, billing, account, and privacy requests.
• Detect fraud, misuse, account sharing, security threats, and prohibited conduct.
• Diagnose errors, maintain records, improve performance, and operate the platform.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform agreements.

4. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers and contractors that help operate the platform, but only for legitimate business purposes and subject to applicable agreements and law.

Those providers may include:

• Supabase or similar providers for authentication, databases, storage, and server functions.
• Stripe or similar providers for checkout, billing, subscriptions, customer portals, and payment records.
• Vercel or similar providers for hosting, deployment, performance, and technical logs.
• LiveKit or similar providers for live audio and video communication.
• Discord for connected community access and membership role management.
• TradingView when necessary to provide authorized indicator access after that integration is enabled.
• Email, security, analytics, professional, or support providers added as the platform develops.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, accounts, payments, security, or the platform.

We do not currently sell personal information or use personal information for targeted advertising across unrelated websites.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The platform may use essential cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technology for authentication, account sessions, security, user preferences, and platform operation.

If nonessential analytics, advertising, or tracking technology is added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account and payment records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet tax or accounting requirements, preserve security logs, and comply with law.

Retention periods vary by record type. Some information may remain in backups, audit records, payment-provider systems, or legal records after an account is closed.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authentication, server-side access controls, restricted administrative functions, encrypted connections, payment providers, and security logging.

No website, database, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your password and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to appeal a decision involving a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained when needed for payments, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

9. Account and communication choices

You may update certain account information through the Account area. You may cancel recurring membership to stop future renewals as explained in the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Transactional, security, account, and service messages may still be sent when necessary to provide the platform or protect your account.

10. Age restriction

The platform is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or purchase membership.

Contact us if you believe information was submitted by a person who does not meet the age requirement.

11. International access

If you access the platform from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

You are responsible for ensuring that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

12. Third-party links and services

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy policies govern their independent collection and use of information. Review those policies before using an outside service.

13. Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, service providers, information practices, or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of the page.
